Team Training

Our Team 4-6 training are designed to teach the general skills of our students for their respective level.

Our Team 1-3 training are to prepare our students for upcoming competitions.

After passing a certain requirement, students may be promoted to the next level in advancement.

If your child wishes to join our team training but are unsure of which session they are most suitable for, you can have them assessed ($60) to ensure they join the proper team session.

All students start in Team 6 unless otherwise approved by our coaches.
